Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Support Rep to
manage back-office transactions and assist with sales order
processing.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders and provide order tracking
Assist sales force with vendor-specific advice and resolve product
or service requests
Ensure accuracy and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Proficient with computer programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook,
and PowerPoint
Previous experience with sales software such as CRM or ERP
systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent customer service skills
