Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join their
Customer Experience team and assist new customers in deploying and
integrating their cloud-native IT Operations platform.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding for new SaaS customers across various
regions
Act as a Subject Matter Expert to educate customers on the
platform
Optimize product setup and troubleshoot implementation issues
during onboarding
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer support or solutions-oriented role
Knowledge of managing macOS, Windows, and/or Linux environments
Experience with configuration management tools and software
deployment methodologies
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects
Willingness to become an expert in multiple platforms: Windows,
macOS, Linux
