Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide
support for government-based contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and greet customers
Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
Document calls and follow up with customers on inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a
plus
Must have reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
Compatible computer (no Macs or Chromebooks) and tech gear
required
Must pass a criminal background check
Availability between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
