  Education: High School Diploma/GED
  
  Licensure:
  
  Active Registered Nurse license (Illinois or Michigan)
  
  BLS (American Heart Association) - Required

  Minimum 1 year ICU experience
  
  Other: Must be willing to float to Med Surg

  Experience: Rehab care setting experience
