is primarily responsible for onboarding and orienting new staff,
facilitating ongoing education for current staff, and developing
and updating clinical policies and procedures. Additionally, the
Clinical Nurse Educator must be a consistent presence on the units
to assist and guide other nurses, ensuring the highest standards of
patient care and staff competency are maintained. -Preferred

- Minimum of 3 years Heart and Vascular
RN experience -MSN

-Responsibilities
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates ongoing educational
and professional development activities and programs for clinical
and non-clinical areas.
- Collaborates with staff and representatives of other
organizations to develop, present and or evaluate clinically
focused training, continuing education and or professional
development opportunities.
- Participates in activities that promote safety, quality and
regulatory compliance.
- Collaborates with leadership to assess the educational needs of
the staff and develops appropriate education plan.
- Participates in professional development and life long
learning.Minimum RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing/Healthcare related
