Unit (PCU) cares for patients requiring more intensive monitoring
than a general medical-surgical unit but not critical care.
Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring
vital signs, managing patient conditions, and collaborating with
healthcare teams. The RN ensures patient safety and comfort while
