  • Shift: 4x12 or 3x12 Days (715-1845-) - able to accommodate 3x12s if a candidate
  • Avg. Daily Census: 24. 24 rooms/beds.
  • Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.
  • First-timers accepted: Yes.
  • Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend.
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed.
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
  • Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
  • Must have active IL license in hand or be in application process to apply.
  • RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

    • Minimum 1 year experience required.
    • Active IL license in hand or in application process to apply.
    • Required Chemotherapy Skills/Experience: Administration of chemotherapy, Body fluid handling post Chemotherapy, Continuous Infusion of chemotherapy, IV push administration of chemotherapy, Management/disposal cytotoxic spills, Monitor chemotherapy, Oral Administration of chemotherapy, Recognize/ communicate abnormal lab values.
    • Required IV Therapy/Infusion Skills/Experience: Accessing Ports, Administration of coagulation factors, Antifungals, Antivirals, Blood/Blood product administration, Care and management of ports, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, PICC line care, Starting IVs.

          • Additional Details
          • A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver's license or US ID card
          • Badge photo required within a week of signing. This is due no later than Monday before start. Photo must be in color from mid-shoulders up. It must be taken against a plain background, preferably dark blue or dark gray with appropriate clothing and no filters.
          • Candidate must review and sign within 7 days of signing contract.
          • Required if candidate is requesting a Religious Exemption from flu vaccine.
          • Required if requesting a Medical Exemption from flu vaccine.
          • Candidate must review and sign within 7 days of signing contract.
          • Physical within a year of start. Labs must be complete/scheduled within 7 days of signing contract.
          • Fit test required. Labs must be complete/scheduled within 7 days of signing contract.
          • 2-Step PPD, TSPOT, or Qgold within a year of start. Labs must be complete/scheduled within 7 days of signing contract.
          • Required for all candidates regardless of TB result. Must be updated annually.
          • 2 MMR Vaccines, Positive Titer, or Signed Declination.
          • Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination.
          • Flu Vaccine or approved Medical/Religious Exemption required October 1 - April 1.
