Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a -Travel - OT Outpatient
Shift: -Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
rotating every 6 weeks
Requirements:

    Position / Specialty: OT OutpatientShift: 5x8 Days (0800-1700)Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.First-timers accepted: Yes.Weekend REQ: rotating every 6 weeksCerts REQ: BLS and state license required. Neuro and lymphedema certs preferred.Is on-call REQ? No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? May float if needed.Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is M-F blocked with weekend req.Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.Must have active IL license in hand or application in process with ETA to apply.Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: Adult Outpatient, Adult Rehabilitation Facility. Required Adult Case Skills/Experience: CVA Rehabilitation, Traumatic brain injury, Lower Extremity, Other Progressive Neurological Disorders, Spinal cord injury, Upper Extremity. Required Modalities/Manual Skills/Therapies Skills/Experience: Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound. Required Orthopedic Case Skills/Experience: Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement. Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls. Required Evaluation Tools: Cognitive Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Functional Independence Measure (FIM), Other Perceptual Assessment. Required Billing/Documentation Skills/Experience: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments.
