Job Description:
A company is looking for a Platform Manager focused on
modernizing and maintaining infrastructure operations in
cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cloud migrations and drive application containerization using
Kubernetes
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while ensuring
security and compliance
Mentor team members and manage engineering backlogs and sprints
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering,
with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms and GitOps tools
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline design
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, particularly with
Terraform
Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional
teams
