This role ensures high-quality, patient care while aligning with the organization's mission, regulatory compliance, and financial objectives.Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:Education: BSN degree required. Master's degree in nursing, Business, Healthcare Management or other related Healthcare degree required. Internal candidates may be considered if they are currently enrolled in a related Master's Degree program.Experience: A minimum of five years' nursing experience and 2 years management experience required. Prior Women's Services nursing experience required.
