Salary: $20 per hour + noneReference: S_152202The HR Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment to attract and hire top talent for all open positions within the organization. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and overseeing the onboarding process. The recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.Schedule: Part-time, 9:00am - 4:00pm with 1 hour lunch, 1 consistent weekday offTop 3 Skills:1. Attention to DetailResponsibilities:Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans and sources to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for open rolesCreate compelling job postings and advertise openings through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)Source and screen resumes/applications, conduct phone interviews to assess qualificationsCoordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managersEvaluate candidates' experience, skills, and fit for the role and company cultureExtend employment offers and negotiate competitive compensation packagesConduct reference and background checks prior to hireOnboard new employees by coordinating paperwork, system setup, benefits enrollment, etc.Maintain recruitment data and provide analytical reports on hiring metricsEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring processRepresent the company positively and provide an excellent candidate experienceAssist with additional HR projects and responsibilities as neededWorking hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:1-3 years of recruiting or HR experienceKnowledge of labor laws and best practicesProblem solving and negotiation skillsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and organizationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR databases/applicant tracking systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality with sensitive informationIf you feel this job opportunity is a great fit for you, go to www.spherion.com/apply/75102 to complete an online application and submit your resume.
