Project Manager, Global Realty Development
Description
CBRE is seeking a passionate and motivated Program Manager to drive
cross-functional partnerships to define and refine strategies for
business goals, initiatives, and priorities across our global real
estate portfolio. In this role you will be able to innovate with
purpose, take on diverse challenges, lead change initiatives that
move our organization forward, while working alongside some of the
best peers, stakeholders and business partners. If your superpowers
are: strategically managing multiple projects concurrently,
navigating change with finesse, strong analytical skills, attention
to detail for developing and implementing effective frameworks,
policies, and procedures within the organization, ensuring

Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional partnerships to define and refine strategies
for business goals, initiatives, and priorities
Develop comprehensive strategic plans with clear objectives,
milestones, and metrics
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic
initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and
timelines
Coordinate and facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops,
and discussions
Provide hands-on support to project teams, removing obstacles, and
facilitating collaboration to achieve desired outcomes
Track, evaluate, and report progress towards strategic goals,
identifying risk and opportunities for mitigation
Lead change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions
within the organization
Coordinate continuous improvement strategies that focus on reducing
the cost to serve, frugality, and other business goals
Basic Qualifications
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United
States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the
future.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering,
Architecture, Planning, Real Estate or related field.
8+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development,
or execution with proven ability to design workable solutions and
drive projects to successful implementation.
Strong analytical skills, and ability to distill complex
information into action insights
8+ years of experience managing complex programs and delivering
successful products and programs that achieve strategic
objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to
effectively influence, and collaborate with stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for
driving meaningful change
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's Degree or other advanced degree in Real Estate,
Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning,
Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
A track record of delivering high-quality projects in an atmosphere
were speed, flexibility, and heavy workload are the expected
norm.
Strong analytical skills including financial modeling.
Superior communication skills including proven ability to
effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate
with external business partners and internal teams.
Familiarity with risk management in real estate and tech
industries
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving
business needs
Experience leading projects and interacting with cross-functional
teams
Experience developing and implementing process to streamline
operations, and driving automation and standardization.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing
environment.

Experience defining program requirements and using date and metrics
to determine improvements.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and in the general
Microsoft Office product suite.
Relentlessly high standards and attention to detail.
Strong ability to work in an ambiguous environment, identify and
solve novel problems, and manage change.
Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills,
presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with
demonstrated ability to understand the audience and customer.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the position is $115,000
annually [or $55.28 per hour] and the maximum salary for the
position is $125,000 annually [or $60.09 per hour]. The
compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend
on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary
bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
