Job Description:

Position: Senior .Net Developer (Springfield, Illinois)

Duties: Develop and revise applications using a standard toolset of

Microsoft products; conduct analysis, design, development, testing,

implementation and user training for applications assigned by the Project

Manager; analyze user requirements; develop technical specifications and

design system requirements; develop complex user interfaces; algorithms or

business processes that meet system and user requirements; test

modifications and new systems to eliminate defects; design, develop and

document system architecture including out of the box and custom

components; and provide status reports relative to the progress of

development efforts.

Requirements: Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical

Engineering, Mathematics or related field (willing to accept foreign

education equivalent) plus one (1) year of experience performing C#

and .Net software development. One year of experience must include:

utilizing C# and Asp.Net 4.0 frameworks to develop back end applications;

performing front-end development using HTML 5, JQuery, JavaScript, XML,

CSS, AJAX, Angular, JS and Bootstrap; utilizing IDEs including Visual

Studio, TFS and GIT; performing data cleansing using SQL Server; performing

full-stack development using Agile, Waterfall and Iterative methodologies;

ensuring that developed applications are accessible for individuals with

disabilities in accordance with Section 508, and Web Content Accessibility

Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0; and performing requirements gathering, and

developing technical and functional specifications and wireframe mockups.
